"Checkout was such a hassle"
The site was fine at first, but once I got to checkout, give me a break. My cart kept refreshing, the payment page was dragging, and I ended up having to enter my info twice. The order did eventually go through, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. Hopefully they sort that out soon...

"Substitutions Felt a Bit Hit or Miss"
Overall, the order was fine, but I started noticing a pattern with the substitutions that wasn’t great. A couple of items were swapped out without much of a heads-up, and they weren’t brands I would’ve chosen myself. Delivery went smoothly and support did respond, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish they were more consistent about checking with me first and giving clearer updates before making changes.

"Order was messed up"
I was frustrated when my order showed up because several things weren’t what I actually picked, and one item was missing altogether. I contacted support, but it took a while to get it sorted out, which just made the whole thing more annoying. I don’t think I’d order again if they can’t get the basics right...

"That delivery fee ruined it for me"
I was just trying to order a few things, but once I got to checkout the delivery fee made the total jump way too much. It wasn’t worth it anymore. What made it more annoying is that when I reached out, I got one of those canned apology responses that doesn’t actually fix anything. I probably won’t be using mypushcart again unless they do something about the fees.

"Works Fine, Just a Bit Clunky"
The site gets the job done, and I was able to find my way around without too much trouble. That said, the navigation feels a little clunky in spots and could definitely be smoother. Overall, it works, but there’s room to make the experience feel more polished.

For the price, I’m happy with it. The cart does what I need without any fuss, and if anything, I blame myself for overthinking the purchase before finally ordering it.

"Had to keep chasing for updates"
I really didn’t like having to keep asking what was going on. My brother even asked me a couple of times if they had gotten back to me yet, and most of the time I still had no clear answer. The communication just felt poor, and I’d sometimes go days without any real update.

Maybe mypushcart.com works better for other people, but for me it was stressful. I understand delays can happen, but just tell the customer instead of leaving them wondering. I personally wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered from MyPushcart.com and it was fine overall. The site was simple enough to figure out, and my order showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing about it was super impressive or anything, but there weren’t any real issues either. If I need those same things again, or that kind of stuff, I’d probably order from them

The payment did go through in the end, so that was fine. It just took longer than I expected, like, longer than I expected, and I was waiting around a bit wondering if it had actually worked.

I thought I knew what I was paying at checkout, but then extra fees showed up later, which felt sneaky and frustrating. I emailed about it, but the replies sounded like they were written by a robot and didn’t really address my actual concern. Overall, it left a bad impression.

"Half the stuff I needed wasn’t actually available"
I went on mypushcart.com looking for a few things, and of course most of the items I actually needed were out of stock. A couple products even showed up like they were available, but once I tried to order, suddenly they weren’t. Felt like the site kind of wasted my time there. It’s fine enough to browse, but they really should do a better job keeping availability accurate

"Nice shopper, but a average experience"
My shopper was polite and easy to deal with, which I appreciated. The only thing is the updates were a little slow, and there were a couple items I felt like needed a closer look. Overall, it wasn’t a bad service at all, just kind of average for me.

The box showed up all smashed and half open, and the stuff inside was just rattling around with almost no padding. Frustrating, honestly. Companies love talking about their “quality checks” and “careful shipping,” but it sure didn’t feel like anyone actually looked at this before sending it out.

"Delivery took longer than I expected"
I ordered from mypushcart.com thinking it would show up around the time they originally gave me, and at first I wasn’t too worried, but then the date passed and it still wasn’t here. It wasn’t just one of those “oops, a day late” things either, it ended up being several days, so I kept checking the tracking like, okay, is it moving or not?

I did reach out to customer service, and to be fair, they replied, but the answers felt generic. Like they were polite and all, but I still didn’t really know what was going on or when I should actually expect the package, which was kind of frustrating when I was already waiting longer than planned.

When the item finally arrived, it was fine, so it’s not like the whole experience was terrible. But the delivery delay definitely took away from it. I might order from them again, but only if it’s something I don’t need anytime soon, because yeah, I wouldn’t rely on it for anything time-sensitive.
